As far as I know there is not a planned release of another season of Code Geass ='(. The ending however depicts alot of things that could lead into another season. We shall never know until it is announced.
The true question is what would it be about. My thoughts would be, the new world needing to change back cause Lelouch (presuming he is still alive) see's that a world can not live on without war, hatred, etc. and tries to change the world back to the way it was causing a conflict with his best friend and eventually an all out war happen's again.
