Good question. Charge-ware is a "new" way for programmers to make an extra dollar off of unsuspecting down loaders like us, who download for example, "Free MP3 download". Not the popular version, which provides a genuinely awesome method by which to obtain Free music. Its the version by "Mobile Kings". Every time you make a move using this app, you are charged little fees and random charges.

Beware of this, and other "chargeware" applications!

Note: to avoid being charged "unsuspectingly," never download anything you are uncertain of with a smartphone or a tablet connected to a cellular provider, or ever give credit card information (unless you are certain of what will be charged and nothing else).
