not biologically. Rosalie's last name is Hale; Jasper's last name is Whitlock. Since both Jasper and Rosalie both have blonde hair, it was easy to pass them off as faternal twins. Rosalie is stuborn and hard-headed so they chose to have Hale as the last name instead of Whitlock (Jasper's). Since Alice is a Cullen, and Jasper is married to Alice, Jasper couldn't become a Cullen.

∙ 15y agoShe is both. She used to be a Hale and now she is a Cullen. Rosalie was a Hale before she was turned into a vampire and she stayed a Hale because it would be wierd if they were all Cullens if they were in a relationship(Rosalie Hale with Emmett Cullen, Jasper Hale with Alice Cullen)

∙ 14y agoWhen she was human she was called Rosalie Lillian Hale, but when Carlisle changed her to a vampire and she married Emmett Cullen she became Rosalie Lillian Cullen. But because she was still at high school her and Jasper pretended to be twins and gave them the surname of Hale:

∙ 15y agoNothing new really happens to Rosalie. Her and Bella become closer because of Bella's child. Rosalie always wanted to have children but now since she is a vampire, she can't. So instead, she does everthing in her power to make sure Bella's baby lives (Bella's baby, she doesn't even care if Bella dies).
