They never give an exact height, but Suzanne Collins (author) describes her as "small for her age." She can climb slender branches of trees, so she can not be very tall. It also says that she is "smaller than many of the other tributes," in the first book, where she is sixteen. She is, however, larger than both Prim and Rue, who are described as not being to "tip the scale at 70 pounds soaking wet." Both Prim and Rue are 12 in 'The Hunger Games' where this observation is made.
