What is Katniss Everdeen's weakness?

Well District Thirteen consider Katniss's weakness to be that she is too rash and doesn't follow orders. Another weakness that you see evidence of in the book and supports District Thirteen's theory is that she doesn't always think things through. However some might call the people she cares about her weakness because the Capitol tries to use them (Peeta and Gale are both used. Prim and her Mother and even Madge would be other examples of potential) or break them to break Katniss.

She only has a couple. One major one is that she cant follow orders and another one is that everyone she sees that is old or sick or hurt she has to help ( for example the older victors from catching fire) and the last one is that she can't see gale, prim, or peeta in pain

She is fantastic on the Bow and Arrow. Her wood skills are also amazing. She can build snares, shoot an animal right in its eye, and even climb trees like a pro(but rue is a little bit better at trees. In the book Katniss described her as a little animal scurrying up the tree.)

I think katniss' fatal flaw is her protectiveness. It always got her into trouble. I mean she ended up in The Hunger Games bcause she was tryig to protect Prim. Basicaly the 3 books are Katniss constantly trying to protect those she loves and doing hwatever it takes to save them no matter how much trouble she gets in. She is always trying to protect Prim, Peeta, Rue, etc....
