"Gandalf", "Greyhame", "Stormcrow" and "Mithrandir" are all just names that people of Middle-earth have given to the Maia spirit Olórin. Olórin, acting as one of the five Istari or Wizards, came to Middle-earth in the form of an old man to counsel the people of Middle-earth against Sauron.

For interest's sake, "Gandalf" comes from Scandinavian, "Greyhame" and "Stormcrow" are obviously English renditions, and "Mithrandir" is Elvish for "Grey-wanderer".

Since Frodo's name is Frodo Baggins, I assume you mean the name of the actor who played him. That actor was Elijah Wood.

His "real name" in "untranslated" Westron (=Common Speech) is Maura Labingi.

Legolas' the character's real name is Legolas Thranduilion "Legolas son of Thranduil." His name is often rendered as Legolas Greenleaf, although the correctness of this is debatable. In the Lord of the Rings movie trilogy, Legolas was played by British acto Orlando Bloom.

Gandalf has many names in many places, but his original name from before the Earth existed is Olorin. He is one of the Maiar, who along with the Valar, sang the Earth into existence.
