While they were never given numbers in the books. It wasn't until PoA that we saw any numbered uniforms. But in the scene where Harry wakes up in the hospital wing after the dementor attack during the quidditch game (if you place on subtitles it will label the the Twins and their lines. Upon him opening his eyes to the left is George. To the right is Fred.) When George goes to sit down and is speaking if you pause fast enough he is wearing #5. As Fred is the one standing you never see his number but its safe to assume he would be #6
