A dotted half note will always get three beats because a dote adds half the value of the note to the note. So a half note = 2 beats, 1/2 of 2 = 1, so 2+1=3. If you are in 4/4, it equals three beats. If you are in3/4, it equals three. 2/4 and 2/2 cannot have a dotted half note because the value is too big. In 6/8, the value changes because the eighth note gets the beat instead of the quarter note. So then the dotted half note would get 6 beats, instead f three because everything is basically doubled. Hope that helps!!

1 and 2/3 mile in 50 minutes = 5/3 mile in 50 min = 1/3 mile in 10 min = 6/3 mile in 60 min = 2 mile in 1 hour
I do a mile in 3 1/2 minutes.
well there are 5280 feet in one mile and 3 feet in one yard so: 5280*3(2) 5280*6=31,680 There are 31,680 feet in 1 mile and 2 yards * * * * * Some confusion in the operators there: 1 mile and 2 yards = 5280 + 3*2 = 5280 + 6 = 5286 feet!
No, 3/8 is less than 1/2 a mile.
Area of rectangle = Length * Width Area = 1/2 mile * 3/4 mile =(1*3)/(2*4) square miles = 3/8 square miles.

Well 0.75 would be 3/4 of a mile. SO you ran a little over 3/4 of 1 mile. 1.00 being = 1 mile 0.50 being = 1/2 mile
