What happens to that one survivor at the end of the movie the Descent?

A lot of people have different theories on what the ending meant. Were there crawlers or did Sarah slaughter everyone herself? Regardless, it's obvious Sarah has gone insane in the end, so I would assume, that yes, all of them died.

The American version and the British version have different endings. In the version I have (the British one, which is labeled the Original Unrated Cut), the main character (Sarah) remains trapped in the cave at the end. In the last scene, she escapes and drives the minivan to safety. After awhile, she stops on the side of the road, throws up, and sees the spectre of Juno (the one she killed, who was sleeping with her late husband). When she sees Juno's spectre, she wakes up, and finds herself back in the cave. The escape was just a dream.

As she's sitting there in the cave, her dead daughter appears to her, and she just sits there staring at the apparition of her daughter, like she's in a trance or something. Then the camera pans out to a long shot of her sitting there, deep in the cave, hypnotized or hallucinating or whatever. Then the credits roll.

I saw this movie first in theatres (I'm in the U.S.A.), and the American theatrical version ends with Sarah's escape. That is, she doesn't wake up in the cave and find out the escape was a dream. She really escapes, and the credits roll after she sees Juno's spectre.

Everyone except the main character, Sarah. Although in the British version she presumably dies as well, but we don't see it. In the American version she escapes, but in the British version it turns out that the escape was a dream or hallucination, and she is still trapped in the caves. The movie ends with her sitting somewhere deep in the caves, hallucinating that her daughter is sitting there in front of her with a birthday cake. So presumably she is eventually killed, but it is not shown on-screen.
