What happens to Ahsoka Tano during Order 66 in Star Wars?

At the end of Season 5, she was falsely accused of a crime she didn't commit. The Jedi Council didn't believe in her so they expelled her from the Order and turned her over to the custody of the Republic. But moments before the verdict against her was to be read, Anakin revealed who the true culprit was and Ahsoka's name was cleared. But when the Jedi Order asked her to return, she refused and left, tearfully. Due to this, her life has been spared from Order 66. But what happens to her after Anakin turns into Darth Vader is yet to be revealed.

Ahsoka's fate hasn't been confirmed yet, so we don't know what really happens to her. There are several possibilities of what her fate could be.

Though I watched a preview of "Clone Wars A new time" and that gave me a pretty interesting answer. Towards the end I saw Ahsoka in scars after that attacks Anakin. So, #1 possibility, she goes to the dark side, and dies from either the jedi, or sith.

It's unclear. She left the Jedi Order at the end of season five of the animated series Star Wars: The Clone Wars. It is possible that she survived, and Executive Producer Dave Filoni has said he wants her to appear in Star Wars Rebels.
