Harry eventually becomes Head of the Auror Department, whereas Ron leaves at some point to help George out with his joke shop. Hermione works for the Ministry of Magic and helps abolish outdated laws that favour purebloods, as well as continuing to campaign for house-elf rights. Ginny plays professional Quidditch for the all-women team, the Holyhead Harpies, before retiring to have children and to write the Quidditch correspondence section of the Daily Prophet (newspaper).
