He was arrested this past January in Hawaii for indecent exposure and supposedly trying to run a security guard over. His attorney says he was changing pants in the back seat bc he spilled Orange Juice on them. It has been proven by tire tracks that he went straight and did not try to hit the security guy. I believe the charges have been dropped. From what I can figure out Dog, or A and E took him off bc they didn't want anymore negative publicity. I liked his style and I miss him on the show.
