She tragically fell from her horse; Boomer, when he bolted over the gateway of the barn they were riding in, she has been thought to have fallen beneath her horse and the horse unfortunately standing on her - shattering her skull and breaking her neck.
It was thought to have only been an accident and in her situation; unable to prevent the horse from bolting - even her, the experienced rider that she was.
Anywho - the whole story is posted by her parents on her myspace page; that would be the most reliable source to hear the story from, and you should check that out although, it still remains somewhat of a mystery as the tragic event was neither recorded nor in view of the human eye.
