a knight needs heavy armour. The swords needs to be steel. if they ever want to see the light again they have to have a sharp sword.it is optional to use a shield they should wear a helmet and should know how to ride a horse just incase they need to go far. the sword should have its weight where the person likes it (most people prefer at the hilt.).
