If you are talking about the anime, then they never really have a direct kiss, but ikuto does kiss amu on the cheek later.
Ikuto doesn't ever really confess to Amu in the anime, without teasing her, but he confesses in the manga towards the end, before he leaves on his journey to find his father :3
I don't know if they HAVE kissed in the anime yet but they kissed in chapter
