If your serious about watching inuyasha i would recommend watching it on youtube, seriously. On adult swim it very rarely comes on. Most of the time it comes on at 5:00 in the morning every sunday. But the last few weeks, it hasnt even come on. Also, adult swim always skips around episode and never seriously plays them in order. I definetly suggest youtube, since its free, however youtube is starting to get rid of animes because they say theyre copyrighted and stuff. They could also be found On Demand on some TV services. You could watch them on Free Anime Watch websites or watch it on FUNIMATION (although im not sure if it shows on it). If you really wanna still watch on adult swim, then go ahead. =3=
It's difficult to say exactly what it is from your description, pests and diseases are easier to identify from sight because there are many similar symptoms - it's possible that these "beads" are black aphids. In any case judging by the fact that they are fallen around the plant it is probably some kind of insect infestation, in which case you can just use a pesticide. You could try using the BBC websites garden pest identifier http://www.bbc.co.uk/gardening/advice/pests_and_diseases/index_embed.shtml or another alternative is to take a leaf off your plant with the "beads" on it make sure it's sealed in a plastic bag/jar and take it to your local garden centre, they should be able to advise you on what it is and what the best treatment is.
