What does simple minded mean?

i think simple minded means that you don't think deep into things people that are very naive and positive thinking in my honest opinion.simple is the one word i will never know what it really means because the meaning of simple is not that clear to me has a lot of different random results.i also think that people use the word simple to insult someone or telling them a fact im not calling anyone simple not sure what it even means anyway such a very interesting word that i can never understand.
