What does commander Cody do after order 66?

Captain Rex is a relatively new character to the franchise, but as he makes no appearance in Star Wars: Episode III or post-Order 66, it is difficult to say what his ultimate outcome was. The creators of "The Clone Wars" TV show could intend to kill him off, but for all we know he's one of the 501st clones marching on the Jedi Temple in the 3rd movie.

Now, Commander Cody is something of a conundrum. In the Episode III videogame, the player kills him in a boss battle where he summons multiple clones to assist him, though this is probably uncanon, as in a book and in the Force Unleashed II game it is said he was stationed on Timara City. If this is the case he was surely killed off in the Rebel assault on the garrison.

After Order 66, Cody was stationed to Kamino and was placed in charge of one of the cloning facility's Imperial garrisons. He also saw the creation of stormtroopers and was disgusted at how different they are from him and the other clones of Jango Fett

He follows order 66 and kills the jedis. He dies soon after, I heard that he dies by one of the good clones, I find out that Rex fights and kills cody for what he did. Because they don't show cody after order 66 in the movies. They will show that in the anime in star wars the clone wars for sure.
