The name 'Choji' means "butterfly" in japanese. It's kind of obvious if you watch Naruto and see Choji with butterflies. [SPOILER] Then when he uses his Butterfly Transformation after eating the red pill, he has butterfly wings. They disappear as butterflies too. Hope I helped. ^^

Choji means butterfly in japanese. It's obvious if you've seen him with butterflies in previous episodes. [SPOILER] In the episode when he eats the red pill and preforms his Butterfly Transformation Jutsu, he had butterfly wings. Then when they disappear, they're small butterflies.
