Kepada yth bpk/ibu pejabat di GARUDA,yg baca email saya ini saya harapkan kerja samanya untuk kemajuan negara kita didalam penerbangan baik international maupun lokal.nama saya johnny hendrik polman beserta istri namanya siauw mi lin,kemarin tgl 13 agustus GA yg jam 8.45 dari DPS ke JKT ada sedikit masalah mengenai istri saya blooding atau istilah disebut MIMISAN darah banyak keluar dari hidung dan mulut,istri saya dibawa ke karantina bandara international,apakah tdk ada yg lebih baik lagi tempat atau poliklinik yg dpt menghendle kejadian tsb,saya sangat kecewa sekali,apa kata turis nanti apabila kejadian tsb mereka yg alami,contoh untuk infus saja tdk ada yg bisa melakukannya,lalu emosi saya mulai memuncak saya segera minta ambulance dgn suara agak tinggi saya bayar biayanya ambulance tsb, luar biasa mobil ambulance tsb ditahan di posko tdk bisa masuk,apakah pihak bandara tdk ada kerja sama dng pihak garuda,ini yg saya mau pertanyakan,INGAT PAK/IBU ini menyangkut nyawa manusia bkn binatang.GFF saya 221 303 795,saya harap ini sebagai masukan saja krn saya warga negara Indonesia.Terimakasih
