Kratnoff is a very small character who, in the High School Musical movie, has one line during Stick to the Status Quo. Kratnoff is a brainiac who dislikes Martha Cox's "hip hop" passion. After Martha says "I love to pop, lock, break, and jam", Kratnoff says "Is that legal?" Also, in High School Musical: On Stage! Kratnoff has another small line in the song Counting On You. He says "Eleanor Roosevelt" when the brainiacs/jocks are showing Troy/Gabriella that pictures of Basketball stars/american history legends.
