It didn't have a name, it was just named 'Toy Broomstick' in Lily Potter's letter to Sirius Black (The Deathly Hallows). Unless you mean his first real broomstick which is the Nimbus 2000.
The wand of Sirius Black was of unknown wood and core materials, and 15 inches in length. Like most wizards and witches in Great Britain, he likely purchased it at the age of eleven before beginning his education at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry in 1971. He also had been able to perform powerful magic with this wand, such as casting nonverbal spells.
There are many places you can find Sirius Black's wand, or any characters wand for that matter. There are many sites that you can find an inexpensive replica of his wand but I prefer going to an actual store and purchasing it. One excellent place to buy a perfect replica inexpensively is at Universal studios at the Wizarding World of Harry Potter. There they have Ollivander's wand shop and you can chose to find a custom wand or a character's replica such as Sirius Black's. The thing I love about Ollivander's wand shop is that the wand come in a replica wand box as well. All the wands there cost 28.89$ which is a fair price for such a good replica.
There's no symbols on the Elder Wand. (Perhaps in the film, but the films have nothing to do with the book.)
Sirius black didn't come back after he died, except right before Harry goes into the forest to turn himself over to Voldemort. Harry puts on the ring with the resurrection stone in it on and turnes it three times, and there is his family standing there with him, as ghosts almost, but more closely resembling the people he saw come out of the wand in the 4th book during Priori Incantatem. Sirius, Lupin, Tonks, his mom and father come out of the ring to give him resolve. But no, sirius does not come back to life

You mean 'whose'? Mainly he uses his very own wand, but when it breaks, he has to use a 'borrowed' wand.
You mean the Elder Wand at the end of the last film? It's for dramatic effect, symbolising him being the wand's true master.
The german word "Wand" means "wall" in English. The english word "wand" can be translated as "Stab" in German."Magic wand" is "Zauberstab" in German."(der) Zauber" = magic, charm, spell"Stab" = wand, stick, bar

Sirius is one of many, many charters in the Harry Potter would where you never get to know what their wands are made of.

The Death Wand? I assume you mean the Elder Wand? Harry defeated Lord Voldemort at the end of Deathly Hallows by his signature spell, Expelliarmus. If the wand is defeated, its conqueror holds its power.
WHAT DO YOU MEAN????!!!!! If you buy a "fake" replica wand, it doesn't matter how old you are!! It's not like it's real and you can do damage with it!!! If you mean "How old do you have to be to buy a replica wand?", then probably at least 18. Or you can get your parents to buy it!
