Henry VII Tudor, the father of Henry VIII, was a very busy man. He was very active trying to make solid ground for his new dynasty, establishing relationships with the main European powers, and trying to keep his interests and those of England, inside and abroad.

But in his leisure time, I guess he would made the same than any powerful nobleman of then: listen and play music, attend to copious and never-ending dinners and meals, dance, hunt on horse, play tennis (yes, they did), and run after ladies in the court.
