∙ 7y agoDraco Malfoy first said "Hullo, Hogwarts too?" to Harry Potter. They were both getting their robes fitted, although Draco didn't know who Harry was. Draco then began talking about houses, and how he didn't think muggle-borns should be allowed into Hogwarts.

Dumbledore knew harry had to tell him something because dumbledore knew what it was but if Harry would tell Dumbledore. I guess when Dumbledore asked Harry if he had something he wished to tell him, he wanted to know if there was something that Harry wished to tell him. (Of course I can be wrong, but this is quite possible, is it not?)
