Both Harry and Dumbledore met Tom Riddle when he was a young boy at the orphanage in the sixth book. Harry on the other hand met Tom Riddle through the diary in the second book when the Chamber of Secrets was opened.
Albus Dumbledore's first words were:
"Welcome! Welcome to a new year at Hogwarts! Before we begin our banquet, I would like to say a few words. And here they are: Nitwit! Blubber! Oddment! Tweak! Thank you!"
He thanks Harry for showing loyalty in the chamber and reassures Harry about being in Gryffindor. A few quotes are:
"It is our choices, Harry, that show what we truly are, far more than our abilities."
"Only a true Gryffindor could have pulled that out of the hat." [in reference to the sword of Godric Gryffindor]
He suggests Harry get food and sleep and lets Harry "return" the Diary of Tom Riddle to Lucius Malfoy.
Draco Malfoy first said "Hullo, Hogwarts too?" to Harry Potter. They were both getting their robes fitted, although Draco didn't know who Harry was. Draco then began talking about houses, and how he didn't think muggle-borns should be allowed into Hogwarts.
The first thing Albus Dumbledore said to Harry Potter directly was
"So - back again, Harry?"
He says this to Harry after his second night visiting the Mirror of Erised in Harry Potter and the Philosopher's (Sorcerer's) Stone.
His last words to Harry are said in King's Cross Station, the penultimate chapter of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows:
"Of course it is happening inside your head, Harry, but why on earth should that mean that it is not real?"
Tom Riddle told Harry that Ginny had been writing in his diary and that he had been making her open up the Chamber of Secrets and setting the Serpent of Slytherin on the mudbloods.
The frist thing Harry says to Voldemort's face is "Liar!".
as a baby, or when he first came to school? as a baby he said, "Good luck, Harry Potter."
Dumbledore told Tom that Tom was a wizard.
Dumbledore knew harry had to tell him something because dumbledore knew what it was but if Harry would tell Dumbledore. I guess when Dumbledore asked Harry if he had something he wished to tell him, he wanted to know if there was something that Harry wished to tell him. (Of course I can be wrong, but this is quite possible, is it not?)
A chocolate frog, with Albus Dumbledore as the famous wizard.
Harry and Dumbledore were never "friends" as such - not like work colleagues or school buddies, in any case. Harry idolised Dumbledore and the old man was a mentor to him. But if you mean their relationship was a friendship, then no Harry was not "friends" with Dumbledore in the first book until Dumbledore visited Harry in the hospital wing after Harry came face to face with Voldemort down the trapdoor.
Around the time when Dumbledore dies, Harry and Dumbledore go to the Black Lake with the Inferi. The climax ends about when the conversation in the hospital wing does.
Aberforth Dumbledore
Let's say that Harry had a near-death experience, during which he met Dumbledore (or so he imagined).
Professor Dumbledore?
Harry received the cloak in Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone, not the Chamber of Secrets. It was given to him by Albus Dumbledore who had borrowed it from James Potter. The cloak was in Dumbledore's possession at the time of the Potter's death and so he returned it to Harry.
On the first year at Hogwarts, Dumbledore gave Harry his father's old invisibility cloak. There are no known presents after that.
In his will Dumbledore left Harry the Golden Snitch (that Harry had caught in his first Quidditch match) and the sword of Gryffindor (Deathly Hallows Ch. 7) On Harry's first Christmas at Hogwarts - Dumbledore gave him James Potters Invisibilty Cape (Philosophers Stone Ch. 12)
Dumbledore says Harry's name three times. He whispers it once and then says it out loud. Harry just sits down, then Dumbledore says it again and Hermione pushes Harry to stand up.
The actor? Yes, he died. That's why another actor played Dumbledore in the remaining Harry Potter movies.
Harry is the better man because he didn't want power like Dumbledore did and he didn't keep any information like Dumbledore did to Harry which resulted in Sirius' death.
Albus Dumbledore is shown on the back cover of Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone. On the first edition, Dumbledore is drawn much younger than he is described. This was changed for later editions.
Albus Dumbledore. Also, his brother, Aberforth Dumbledore, as well as some other family members.
the first snitch he caught in his first quiditch game.
The movie portrayed this the same as it was in the book. Rubeus Hagrid retrieved Harry. He borrowed Sirius Black's bike and brought Harry to Dumbledore.
