There have been two..the first was Halle Berry, she is black.

The other is Charlize Theron.....she is South African, so technically she is African-American .

edit: no charlize theron isn't African American. Just because she's from Africa and even if she is south African she isn't African American. She's white, I'm guessing both of her parents were too.
