What are the rules for Harry Potter uno?

Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone - Mystery at Hogwarts is similar to Cluedo. You have to solve the mystery (who did it, where did they do it and what did spell they used) race to the end and avoid the ghosts. There are also event cards which can allow you do various things including using secret passageways.
