Hannah will marry Cameron kithing or Jack pitmen
It easy to do use a pitmen arm puller or i just use a big gear puller to pull your pitmen arm or this is the hardest part they are prest on pretty tightly I tighten up the puller and then hit the pitmen arm with a hammer a few times then tighten up the puller over and over again till it comes off you may have to heat it up some if its really on there then there is two lines to disconect and the box should be held in by 3 bolts through the frame rail...that it put the new one back on
Simply replace them. Make sure the pitman arm is bad before replacing it.

First, It is not called the idler arm. It is called a pitmen arm it it requires a special puller to remove it from the gear box.
The proper way to remove the pitman arm is to use a pitman arm puller. If you do not have one, you can split the arm with a cutoff wheel near the tapered splined hole to reduce the strength of the arm and it should fall right off.
