If you want to 'busk' on a street corner then very few if any benefits

If you want to form a band of equally talented people then your local pub or club may try you out as the 'cover band'

On the other hand you could apply for professional education at you local Conservatory of Music as part of your career development on the way to being a full time concert singer in Opera for example
