The first three Horcruxes the revealed are Tom Riddle's diary (which Harry destroys with a Basilisk fang in Chamber of Secrets), Voldemort's snake, Nagini (which we see Goblet of Fire and Neville kills with the sword of Godric Gryffindor in Deathly Hallows), then Marvolo Gaunt's ring (which Dumbledore destroys in the Half-Blood Prince, and happens to be the ressurection stone).

The first three Horcruxes Voldemort created are Marvolo Gaunt's ring (which he killed Tom Riddle Senior to make), Tom Riddle's Diary (which he killed Moaning Mrytle to make) and Helga Hufflepuff's cup (which he killed Hepzibah Smith to make). *Also, Voldemort stole Helga Hufflepuff's cup from Hepzibah Smith, along with Salazar Slytherin's locket, which was also made a Horcrux.
