There were multiple episodes where Piper either turned into something evil, was possessed by something evil, or somehow was evil. For example, in "Wendigo" piper becomes a native american heart eating beast called a wendigo. In other seasons she also becomes a fury, whitelighter eating beast, and even a warlock briefly.
