The best quality dubs on YouTube are official ones provided by actual dubbing companies. Funimation has a YouTube account which releases dubbed and subbed episodes of shows they are licensed to, such as Hetalia: Axis Powers, Ouran High School Host Club, Soul Eater, and Fairy Tail.
Generally it is difficult to easily good dubs of anime on YouTube as it is not a site dedicated to providing them, and it violates copyright to upload dubbed episode when you are not licensed to do so.
It seems that the English dub after episode 67 have come out a long time ago but i also can't find them on any anime websites but there are some English dub episodes after 67 on youtube
animax dub comes from a cast hired in india. please for the love of all anime do not watch any animax dub. it is a sorry excuse for a dub. if you must watch any dub official dub is the way to go. but my advice, watch the japanese version with english subs before you watch any dub, it is way better. hope this helped. :)

Yes of course there is :) Wherever there's an extremely popular manga there the anime version of it. It comes in English [DUB] and English [SUB]. If your eyes can't follow along with the pictures I suggest watching the English [DUB] version. But..The English [SUB] is in better quality AND the voices of the anime characters actually sound like how I pictured they would. The anime series was stopped well before the manga was finished.
Anime freak is a good site to watch it in dub or with sub.
