There's Atlas by Battles which is hard to understand until you read the lyrics which makes it a good song for this. But i can't think of any popular songs at the moment that you can parody. Hope this helps.

Its very hard; what professional djs do. But basically you just combine two or more songs together in one by mixing the songs' beats, lyrics and instrumental.
