All children under 13 will be inside a residence 9 p.m.-6 a.m. Juveniles 14-17 are required to be inside a residence 11 p.m.-5:30 a.m. Children may be outside during those designated times only if they are under the direct supervision of a parent, guardian or family member over 18 years old. Exceptions to the curfew policy apply for children returning home from a community facility, an installation activity, a youth services program or from paid employment. Failure to adhere to the policy may constitute child neglect.
