All children under 13 will be inside a residence 9 p.m.-6 a.m. Juveniles 14-17 are required to be inside a residence 11 p.m.-5:30 a.m. Children may be outside during those designated times only if they are under the direct supervision of a parent, guardian or family member over 18 years old. Exceptions to the curfew policy apply for children returning home from a community facility, an installation activity, a youth services program or from paid employment. Failure to adhere to the policy may constitute child neglect. Yes, but can depend on the jurisdiction and/or age of the defendent. For example, a curfew violation of a juvenile is considered a status offense, not a misdemeanor.
If your under 18 you have to be indoors by 11, unless you're coming back from an event (school, church, work, etc.) You can be past curfew if your with a legal guardian at all times.
