The most obvious one is Avada Kedavra the killing curse, which speaks for itself, but there are various other spells that could be deadly or could be used to create something deadly. Sectumsempra for example, is simular to pulling a sword on someone, it slices them open very easily, and then there are many other spells such as imperio, which could be used to control someone and make them kill themselves. It is simply a manner of imagination to use any number of spells in a deadly way.
There are 3 Unforgivable Curses which will make you go to Azkaban Prison for those who use it (not real).
Avada Kedavra: The killing curse
Crucio: The torture curse
Imperio: It places the victim under control
Avada Kedavra is mostly used by Voldemort and his followers called Death Eaters. Voldemort killed Harry's parents using this curse.
Crucio a terrible curse and it said in the book that is feels like 16 blades ripping your skin. It's places the victim in terrible torture.
When using Imperio against someone, they are under your control unless they resist which is very, very, VERY unlikely. They can make you do whatever they like including to kill someone.
