Ian Curtis was not bipolar. Ian got married to Debbie right after high school at the age of 19 and had a baby named Natalie at the age of 22. He killed himself after listening to Iggy Pop's "The Idiot" and after watching "Stroszek" by Werner Herzog. Although the life and death of Ian Kevin Curtis are both sad and atrocious he had too much on his plate at the time of his death he wasn't even 25 he had a wife a kid house bills to be paid and an upcoming North American tour. Too much for a man that young to have to do so much.
