Yes. PBS Kids has decided that it would no longer have the licence to Dragon Tales after August 31 2010. However Dragon Tales is still available in DVD.

Yes. PBS Kids has decided to not hold the licence after August, 31, 2010. However, Dragon Tales is still available on DVD.

You can still watch Dragon Tales on DVD and on Netflix. I don't know the reason why Dragon Tales got cancelled on September 1, 2010. It was one of the best shows on PBS Kids.
