I've read on a few different wikipedia-like pages that besides brothers Donnie of .38 Special and Johnny who took over as Skynyrd frontman in 1987 that Ronnie also had 3 sisters. I've never seen their names written anywhere officially, but the statement about his also having 3 sisters is on a few different links about Ronnie.

Ronnie Van Zant (Lynyrd Skynyrd) used his real name... but note the different spelling. However, Ronnie Van Zant was the brother of Johnny and Donnie Van Zant (who both Lynyrd Skynyrd at different times). Steven Van Zandt is the half-brother of actor Billy Van Zandt.
