Yes, he was. If memory serves correctly it was sometime in the 80's. He jumped in front of a truck when it began to roll down the driveway and tore his bicep or seperated his shoulder as he stopped the truck from hitting his daughter. I'm not positive on his exact injury but it was something along those lines, and I believe his daughter was unharmed in the incident.
