I just watched an episode of My Favorite Martin and the sheer number of shots showing off his backside felt like a coded running gag, a subversive kind of "camp" humour, which at the time had to be covert, relying on double entendre!

∙ 14y agoI've always wondered about that as well. He was married 3 times [females]. I remember his six year old son dying of a throat infection in the 80s.
If he was gay, he surely never came out of the closet. I've read on another site that he starred in the movie "Ride Beyond Vengeance" where he kissed co-star Chuck Connors. I'm not sure of this however; I've never watched the movie.
