Aaliyah was NOT pregnant at the time of her death. Even in autopsy reports no one ever mentioned her being pregnant. Aaliyah died from having a heart attack which was in connection to her already having a weak heart, and also severe burns to her body, in addition to severe shock. She died as soon as the plane hit the ground, if not right as the plane was still falling thru mid-air.
