Inside a Dalek is a mutated octopus like thing with an exposed brain on the top,a large eye in the middle, and six tentacles at the bottom. It resembles slightly it's Kaled ancestors which Davros made into Daleks, however it has been so mutated that with modern Daleks (2012) you can only see a slight resemblance. When the Dalek is out of it's battle shell, it is not to be underestimated, because it has the strength to strangle victims of it's evil. To control it's battle shell it has many wire connected through the bottom of the mutant octopus into it's brain.
