Actually, Michelle. In the book, The Hunger Games. They do not go to all the other districts. The book ends when peeta and katniss are about to get off the train in District 12.

The falling action of The Hunger Games is when Peeta and Katniss are on their way back home from the train, but the real falling action of the story doesn't really happen until the end of Mockingjay, because the conflict is ongoing throughout the trilogy. Hope that helps :)
It depends on what part of the story you think the climax is.
For most, though, the climax is when the mutts are attacking Katniss, Peeta, and Cato on the Cornucopia, Cato falls and is mauled by mutts, and Katniss eventually puts him out of his misery.
If that is your climax of the story, then the "falling action" for you would be when Claudius Templesmith announces there can only be one Victor again, and Katniss and Peeta eat the deathberries, spit them out after a rushed revocation of the rule change made barely five minutes before by Claudius, and go home as Victors.
When Katniss is walking around in Snow's old mansion and when Katniss was back in district 12.
action, adventure, science fiction
I think because in the series, the mockingjay is known as a sign of rebellion towards the Capitol, and the last book, which is Mockingjay, at the ending, there is a stop to the Capitol ruling. I think the last book is called Mockingjay because it shows the importance of the symbol in the book.
The falling action would most likely be when Katniss is waking up from being electrocuted and being picked up by the capitols aircraft. And is then caught trying to kill Haymitch with a syringe.
catching fire is 17 ar points and mockingjay is 15 i think :)
It is a mockingjay pin with the hunger games written on top you'll know what a mockingjay is when you start reading
