This old friend of mine, "old"(use to be, but not anymore) keeps going to jail and putting my address as his home address, he does not live here and im tired of getting mail addressed to him. how do i make this stop?

As the child there is nothing you can do. If they feel they are not right for each other anymore that is their choice and prerogative. Being forced to live with someone you are not in love with anymore or don't get along with anymore is not a nice way to live. They are still your parents, that part have not changed.
