Songs sung on the teeter totter?

I have personally used two songs that I can remember in my childhood:

1. "Teeter totter, Bread and water, wash your face in dirty water."
2. first person up in the air- "Teddy bear, teddy bear let me down." second on the ground- "What will you give me if I let you down?" -first person proceeds to name off what they will give to the second person until the second person agrees. -then the second person pushes off, and the roles are reversed.
