The reason I believe for the delay in burying Duane was due to the contested claims made by his then girlfriend Dixie Meadows and his (Wife) Donna. I'm not sure if Duane was divorced or justseparated at the time from Donna so I cannot comment on the legalities. This is what I have previously read down the years.
Berry Oakley was killed in November 72 and they decided to lay both Duane and Berry side by side in Rosehill Cemetery in 1972, in a place called Carnation Ridge.
Been there in 1989, 20 years ago to pay my respects, it's a very peaceful setting, please respect their final resting place if you ever visit.
Duane Allman was/is one the greatest rock Guitarists ever to be born, and his guitar playing will be admired for millennium.
The contested claims didn't factor into not burying Duane until a year later. The problem was, no one would make a decision as to where to bury him. My understanding is that Phil Walden purchased the burial plots and right before Berry died, Donna was returning to Macon to make burial preprations as she was mother of Duane's heir, Galadrielle. Unfortunately, Berry passed at that time so the decision was made to bury them both together.
Dixie made the claim she was Duane's common law wife, however it was discovered she was still married to another man so the claim was short lived.

QWhy are wimps better than bullies?
* 'Wimps' is a poor choice of words for those that are confident enough to use their inner strengths of ignore a bully rather than becoming one. People who choose to be nice to others and respect them get further ahead in this world. Bullying only instills fear and it's true that a person being threatened in any way can only be pushed into the corner one too many times and then they will take action (not physically beating up the bully) but telling someone or laying charges against the bully in question. Bullying isn't just a teen issue, but adults can be bullied by their mate, member of the family or at work. Bullies are a product of their environment and are insecure and jealous of others so they lash out. * Answer 2: Neither are better. 'Wimps' are considered people who do not stand up for what they believe in, where as 'bullies' try to enforce their belief on others.
How do you make up a new language?
You can use mix up codes or mix up other languages together. For example: I'm making up a language called Tachderina(ta-che-derina). There's a code i call the xox code because it uses 2 xox game boxes and 2 Big X's. The 2nd xox grid and the 2nd big X both have a dot in each area. In each of the X's and xox grids in a letter. each 1 box and X have 1 letter. My little sister was trying to figure out the code and she almost got it right, but she switched around the 2nd xox box and the 1st big X. so both the dotted ones were the last two and the un-dotted ones were the first two. I wrote in code "My name is Theresia Joy Chvala" and it turned out into "Qy raqe ik Lhevekia Nsy Chjapa." I got an idea then, well actually I sounded it out and I like the sound of it so I started doing more. So after you have your word you give it a sound: Qy-Qwhy; raqe-rack; ik-ick; Lhevekia-(le-ve-kea); Nsy-(ni-sigh); Chjapa-(che-japa)
Why does the pilot tilt the outer wing of the airplane inward while taking a turn?
Airplanes have two control surfaces involved when turning, the ailerons are on the trailing edge of the wings. By moving them in opposite directions, one up one down,the plane tilts, the lift the wings are generating now causes the plane to turn instead of going up. The rudder which is vertical at the back turns the plane to the left and right,but the rudder alone can turn the plane but not change it's direction (sideslipping) so in order to turn correctly you must use both the rudder and the ailerons.sorry if that is unclearClarify the QWhy does outside portion of wing rotate down?The Aileron controls on the tip of the wing controls the rotation or bank angle of the a/c. If you want the LEFT wing do go down and RIGHT wing to go up, then the controls on the LEFT wing will pivot up and the Right aileron will pivot down. When the aileron rotates down, that puts more curver into the wing and creates more LIFT, so that wing will come up. The opposite wing will receive the Opposite input and move in the opposite direction.So just before a turn, you will see the outboard wing time controls move. On larger airliners, there are also controls closer inboard on the wing that pop up and then drop back down. These are spoilers that distrub the airflow to kill the Lift on that wing, thus allowing it to drop.Why does the aircraft rotate or Bank during a turn?There are several reasons to rotate the aircaft to the LEFT when making a turn to the LEFT. First it is more comfortable on the passengers. If the a/c did not rotate and just turned left using the rudder, the passengers would be pushed to one side by te centrifugal forces---as well as their drinks and luggage, etc.The aircraft banks and this keeps the forces acting directly through the passenger's seat of his pants. The only thing he feels is that he is slightly sinking into his seat.Also, the aircraft is a little easier to control in a turn if it is banked. Different controls surfaces are used and this mades the turn easier. If the aircraft is a fighter jet making a high-speed turn, then it is better to rotate the a/c and use the tail controls that pitch the a/c up. The aircraft can pitch up more with these tail controls than simply turn using the Vertical Rudder.
