After doing some research, yes, the composer is Horse McDonald, not Michael McDonald. Don't see what Michael McDonald would have to do with Horse.

I am Horse and Michael had nothing to do with Horse !

The main writers were me Horse McDonald and Angela McAlinden - McDonald/McAlinden

I am still working under the name Horse and most songs with a cojuple of exceptions are McDonald ( Horse)
