Is my daddy and that little girl is my sister brenda lee walton today and he was married 3 times and he lives in fort worth tx and has 4 girls brenda lee, kelley joe, kimmy joe, and Patricia JoEllen the baby of joe wilmores children and yes i could write a book on my daddy and all the wrongs hes done all my life but i won't because he was a great drummer and the best there band ever had and do you know they started that band together and my dad never got any rights or royalties to anything so for people to say stevie paid for his rehab on multiple occasions really makes no sense to me because my dad should of been paid way more than that because they started the band together and stevie was his best friend and do you know the down my daddy on all these posts i find but out of kim davis stevie ray vauhan and my daddy joe Wilmore guess what my daddy is the onlu one still alive and kicking it and the others died how yeah so next time yall need to get the whole story before you publish some bullcrud half true story on the internet

Joe bob wilmore grew in oak cliff, Texas with stevie ray vaughn and his younger brother jimmy vaughn. They played together in a garage band and started the band " point blank". And the band was ready to sign with "staxx records" but other band members declined wanting more money. After sevie ray vaughn had to send joe bob wilmore to rehad on two occations, he was replaced as drummer before stevie was discovered in austin, texas.

During his days as a drummer, joe bob wilmore was married at 16 years of age in Glenrose. Texas where he eloped with Jajuan Francis. The two lied about their age to get married and the parents later had it annulled. Jajuan Francis was pregnant and had a baby girl in Pleasant Grove, Texas in 1968. She was given up for adoption to family friends and raised South of Dallas, Texas near Navarro Mills Lake. We have no last name on the daughter except she was called Brenda Lee. They went their ways and Joe Bob Wilmore was in and out of drug rehabs that Stevie Ray Vaughn paid for many times. After a long battle, Stevie hired a new drummer, and went to Austin, Texas. The rest is history.
