There is no highest color for the wizard order - the colors simply represent the wizard's chosen field of excellence. For example, Gandalf, a gray wizard, is a master of lore and ancient knowledge while Saurumon (sp?), the white, is a master of ceremonial magick (very religious and orderly magic).
There are other colors too, like blue for the healing arts or purple for Astrology.
