Yes it's by Saving Jane

Actually, Marti Dodson (lead singer for Saving Jane), wrote the song and recorded it with her band Saving Jane and the Canadian artist later ended up re-recording it. Saving Jane actually had a very successful run with the song as it was picked up by Nastia Liukin as her theme song during the 2008 Summer Olympics. Those of you not familiar with Saving Jane, really should check their music out. Marti Dodson is one of the most talented singer/songwriters I've had the privilege of knowing.
