Well Usui's mother was a Japanese-English woman from the wealthy Walker family, but she died in childbirth. Usui was forces to live with his grandparents who were wealthy as well. The actor that voices Takumi Usui said that he (or perhaps she, with a voice changer?) doesn't want any information about them made public, so... it's a huge mystery.
